I think Broughton archipelago is considered best places to see orcas (season and definitely luck dependent) , so that would be nimmo. Just keep in mind longer boat rides if looking for orcas at most lodges. If budget is an issue, and you really want to see orcas could easily just add some non luxurious days beforehand at Port McNeil or telegraph cove area. There are also tours out of Victoria and Vancouver that are not bad options for orcas
