I tried close to 20x each day calling Vancouver number and Toronto number throughout the day but to no avail. Finally i called Tokyo and Taipei number. I managed to get through Taipei number and spoke to a customer service from reservation department after being put on hold for about 40 mins.

I thought CX was bad but BR brings the meaning of extremely poor customer service to a whole new level
