When I applied for the UC Business Card and I received it back in March, I had enquired on the United online chat, and they originally I'd have to contact Chase to receive the physical membership card. After contacting Chase, they stated that they (Chase) do not send another but the credit card. After a week or so I went back on the UC online chat, and they (another rep) said that the membership card can take up to 8 weeks for delivery. Well, I guess I was worried for nothing as I received it a few days ago - it was in my mailbox for a few days. It does have any expiry date of end of June 2024, so I gather I'd get a new one? (akin to a credit card expiry?)
