Is it not possible to buy shock absorbers in Norway? Also, the TSA is an American invention and would have no jurisdiction anywhere else.
This was nothing to do with me, thankfully.

To be fair last time was an empty fuel tank for a VW transporter which KLM had no issue with.

Being Norway such things are a bit more pricey than in blighty.
