How much time does to require to upgrade to President's Circle via AMEX Platinum Card
I'm trying to link my Amex Platinum to my Hertz account to get free President's Circle status. My Hertz membership # is only 5 digits, but the enrollment page for President's Circle says that membership number should be 8 digits.

Is it possible that I'm not eligible for President's Circle because I'm under 25 y/o?
