In the Amex app, go to your Platinum card and then Membership at the bottom, and select Airport Lounge Access and search for the relevant airports.

In both places, I believe your only options may be Priority Pass lounges. Make sure you have requested, and have with you, your Priority Pass physical or virtual card.
