At this point I would put at least $10 on it never re-opening unless macro travel conditions change. It was a COVID excuse / cost cutting casualty at first -- but the property itself is slowly re-morphing itself into a tacitly less family-friendly property.

Not that they mean to -- or that the property itself is actually less family friendly. The property -- in my opinion -- is intrinsically super kid friendly.

It's just that they're managing their margins now, and when you're breaking > $1K a night for a basic room these days, they don't really need to have a kid's club to attract additional well-heeled family clients to cover your top line. The LA jet setters and techy bros will cover that for them.
