Isn't there a problem if the YBM-up isn't available at booking? Seems to me I read YBM-up hopefuls have to continually monitor for PN space as their priority isn't recognized post-booking. Maybe I'm mistaken....
That is correct but at the gate if not yet clear, they will be ranked higher than no GS. (and Instant Upgrade is only for CPU flights).
