The airline hasn't had many Irr-op experience... they should have never boarded passengers at NRT. They will learn and adjust.

Also, once they get more more planes, they should have better fleet flexibility. The NRT cancellations should not have forced LAX cancellation if they had multiple A350 short haul returning to TPE for long haul outbound.

It's all just growing pains.
