Added the missing OW airlines, now the list should be complete. Also added booking.com affiliate link, which hopefully isn't too annoying. If you book a stay using that link I'd get some commission (unless I set it up incorrectly ).

Next up is adding codeshare flights, which is a bit more tricky and also from my own flights data the difference was 50 points, so need to double check if they use the same formula.
