Compact: around 22 sqm, but well designed.

Comfortable bed.
Sockets next to the bed.

Small desk.
Keurig coffee machine with Illy pods.

Tiny closet with minifridge
Television with large selection of cable channels including HBO.
Chromecast.

Small bathroom with walk-in shower.
Zenology toiletries.

Great massive terrace (with unfortunately no chairs and table)

GOOD
Great staff: smiling, attentive.
Pleasant interior design.
Very cool rooftop bar with breathtaking view over the city.
Excellent breakfast (Diamond free breakfast goes only with 1 dish/drink: I use for the first time Food & Beverage Reward, and it worked perfectly).
Very convenient to visit South of Manhattan (Pier 15, East River Esplanade is 5 minutes walk from the hotel).
Fulton Street Subway station is less than minutes walk, with easy access to Brooklyn or Times Square)
