What is wrong with the BA online check in?

Even though we are registered with BA and our profile is up to date, on our flight this week it says that information is missing. I added the passport information that was not there (but it is in our profile), the only other empty field is this question "where are you staying the first night in t he US" It doesn't apply because we're flying to London, but I added our home address in the US, since it gives a missing information notice if I don't put anything. We still get a message that there is something missing even though all fields are complete.

Any idea what the problem is? I called BA and they just said to check in at the airport.
