Just finished an excellent two night stay here.

Be aware that if you are taking Uber here and type in the destination as "Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills" Uber will actually take you to the Beverly Hills Hilton. You need to type in the destination as "Jean-Georges Beverly Hills" in order to be taken to the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills Lobby.

Check in process was smooth, and as a Hilton Diamond was proactively upgraded from the base Superior King room to a Deluxe King Room on the 10th Floor (non-Beverly Hills side), and requested and received a 2 PM late checkout with no issues. Room was ready about 2 PM so a slightly early check-in as well.

Concierge was very helpful in giving us some great tips on what to do and see in LA, and sent us a comprehensive e-mail with his tips and recommendations.

Also had a $25 per person Dining Credit per person (up to 2) so used it one day for breakfast at Jean-Georges, and the other day for brunch at The Rooftop by JG, and had excellent meals and service at both locations.

We made use of the Hotel Car 5 times during our stay and was only turned down once for pick-up when the car was unavailable. 3 of those times were able to ride in the Rolls Royce Phantom, and the two others time in the Escalade.

This was a last minute stay, and my wife and I had only packed our typical "sightseeing clothes" after spending a number of days up in Anaheim at Disneyland, and we stayed using the Hilton FNC, so we were a bit under dressed for the clientele that this hotel usually serves, but we still felt treated by the staff very well.
