How bad is Jetstar nowadays?
Looking at them for CTS-NRT. Price is very reasonable at about 105usd in September. Of course, old adage, you get what you pay for so I am I getting a really bad experience? Having been to Japan about a dozen times I have never experienced bad customer service so I am hoping Jetstar is the same.

Any recent experiences?
