Comments: Checked in early (12p Noon). Needed to get into room to take a video call/present on a call. Wouldn't have been ideal to do in the lobby. Requested early check in on the app. At check in, front desk asked me to "come back in an hour for your room". I asked if there was anything available at all - two queens, lower floor. I wasn't picky. Just needed the room - it was only a 1 night stay. She said "all we have available is a suite". I said .. no problem, I'll take that. She told me that it would change the rate. I replied that, as a titanium, she should be able to upgrade me without a rate change(?). I don't normally make a fuss, especially for a 1 night stay, but it wasn't the warmest welcome. The rest of the stay / hotel was perfectly pleasant.
