I've flown Southern Airways LNS-PIT-LNS roundtrip. I have a need to get out to eastern PA soon, and I was thinking about SFO-IAD on United, then IAD-LNS on Southern Airways. At some point though, it's worth more to cough up the money to fly SFO-EWR, rent a car, and save myself the trauma of flying on a 208.
