I was disappointed in our stay. I know this is a contrarian view to reviews above, but the property just did not work for us. I knew the hotel was booked out due to several weddings so I knew that an upgrade was unlikely. We were moved to a two queen corner room. The room was barely bigger than the beds. It had love seats at the end of the beds which served little purpose as they were not comfortable to use and were only a foot or so from the TV. The only chairs in the room were two straight backed chairs at the small table, fine for using the table as a desk but leaving the room with no comfortable seating. Bathroom was fine with a large walk in shower.
The lady who checked us in was delightful and the valets were all cheerful. Otherwise, my husband commented on the grumpiness of the remainder of the staff. We called at 5pm and asked for a luggage rack and 2 mugs. Despite the coffee pot, the only beverage holders were thin plastic glasses. We called again at 8pm. When I logged in on my computer, I was given the opportunity to comment on our initial impression of the hotel. I mentioned those things and indicated an email response would be fine. Instead, I got a rather harsh phone call, asking what could be done for the stay to be better. Uh - bring a luggage rack and mugs? Nothing happened so my husband called again. He was told the mugs were brought after the 5pm call. Um, then why did we say at 8pm that we did not have them? We eventually did receive them about 9pm.
We received a $50 breakfast credit that could be used at the coffee shop or the buffet which opened later. The coffee shop was extremely limited in its offerings, having hot beverages, bottled orange juice, one kind of muffin, and one kind of brioche. The breakfast credit was automatically removed as was the valet charge.
I was happy that I was able to use 2 category 1-4 awards.
