Read again. I was asking whether Chase is treating any of your Alipay transactions as a cash advance and tacking on those extra fees that apply to a cash advance.
Pretty sure they're just normal credit card transactions. They're still pending but should post in a day or so. I vaguely remember they were regular credit card transactions too in 2019.
How would Alipay have the ability to do cash advances?
