When I flew back from IBZ on Friday mine and another ladies CE priority-tagged bags came out....last. We were two of the first people to check-in (roughly 2 hours before the flight). My guess is that these bags are the first to be stacked meaning the last to be removed, too.

Even though our bags were last, they still came out within 20-25 minutes from getting to the baggage carousel, so can't moan too much.
