One observation is why priority tagged baggage doesn’t come out first at T5.
So has it moved since March? It was always on the right as you walked through. I did not see vast queues for the ANA Lounge and it is a great improvement on what went before. Passports may take that long for non-EU passports. We were through in a few minutes.
