Generally places like WM will run 6-8hr shifts. At my local store they CSR that opens at 7am will likely be gone around 2pm. However this is not set in stone especially at Walmart. Employees may get asked to do double shift. There are also patterns within this, since some CSR seem to prefer mornings and others evenings. For me there is a lady who usually opens and is MS friendly so I visit early. Later in the day it can be a crap shoot.
I would pay money to have an app showing a MC webcam. Nothing worse than driving over to the store only to see one of my enemies on the desk, 20mins down the drain that I am not getting back
There are some associates way friendlier than others. What I have found is there are no rules, whatever associate make up a rule becomes a rule.
