I was on the return from LIS - LHR and the flight experience was excellent, although the crew did apologise for running out of large glasses for a gin and tonic. There was plenty of bubbly. There were 52 in Club. LIS airport however-was horrendous. check-in at Lisbon can always be a bit of a nightmare as it’s all in a little corner, and nobody really knows where to go as they approach and see along line and join it and all the staff do is check that they are BA passengers, not whether they are in the right line. PAX for the later flight we’re turned away and told to come back later.

Once checked in, I would advise passengers to avoid the ANA lounge, where there was a queue of about 30 people waiting to enter. You will need maybe 30 minutes to pass through passport control.

One observation is why priority tagged baggage doesn’t come out first at T5.
