i was trying to buy skywards miles as I am short 5k miles for a potential upgrade.
unfortunately as soon as I start to acces the site it is mentioned:
you are not eligible to buy points.

any idea why this could be the case?
how can I solve this? Buy points via the hotline?
does this work?
