Planning a trip to Barcelona and looking at the non-stop from JFK to BCN. Every date that I find with Premium Economy availability says that there are 2 seats remaining no matter how far out I search, and I never see Business class available. Does Iberia only release 2 PE seats for avios redemption, or is it possible to book more on certain flights? There will be 4 of us on our trip, so hoping to use Avios to book all if us in PE.
