I’m a bit risk averse so would opt for 1630+. If domestic flight departs from same terminal that Sri Lankan arrive at.
If flying out of Jakarta on a flight departing from the other terminals, may need extra time in case the Air Train (monorail thing) that goes between Terminals is broken as traffic pretty busy in the airport.
