Also charged (USD ICC Amex from Europe) with 17th April dates. One data point that might be different to most is that the charges NEVER went pending in anyway on my card after buying the ticket initially (I was also probably one of the last people to buy a ticket before the sale ended, if that matters). Amex confirmed to me that there was no request from any merchant for these tickets last month

Unsure what to think, would have been easier for ANA just to never charge people (even those that flew) and have all unstarted unused tickets cancelled
