Easy Sabre via Compuserve was a wonderful thing, and let me do whatever I wanted. I still miss it everytime I have to fight with that POS booking engine that is www.united.com.

Once EasySabre went away, I fight with www.united.com and if I can't get it to work, I call UA Reservations. I feel that $10 (or whatever it is) is a small price to pay for a ticket that will run me $1000-2500 to get it right the first time.
