SO I have a P biz class tix. Paid about $4000 for it. I have a 14 hours layover in Doha. Based on this https://www.qatarairways.com/tradepo...cies/STPC.html, I understand that I should have been entitled to a free STPC in Doha. There is no connecting flight I can take so I have to stay in Doha for 14 hours. So I talked to a rep and they took down my info and a day later, my request was rejected (see below). Is this normal??
