The only issue I would envisage was the lack of crew bunks (which can be easily handled with scheduling) given all the G-VII fleet (of which 14 of them are LHR based) have GE engines already, so adding in these 3 to the fleet wouldn’t create any engine sub-fleet issues, albeit I can see your point that they would be the only GE LHR based aircraft in 3-class vs 4-class, but you can argue they are already a sub-fleet at LHR.
All VII reg aircraft have GE engines and all YMM have RR and LGW already splits them with a fleet of 6 each.
