I used to book on Agoda quite often many years ago as they seemed to be an Asia specialist and were good for booking small hotels on motorcycle trips in the region

This past week I booked on Agoda several times in Cambodia and the rates / details seem to be intentionally vague where prices posted often do or do not include taxes / fees and of course almost all hotels offer breakfast but often unclear if it is included in the rate or not

But what I really find to be dishonest is "Our Last Room" claims, where you book the supposed last room at a particular hotel and moments later there is another "last room" at a lower rate

When you contact them about the discrepancy, they just hide behind some legal-ese and complicated Terms & Conditions

Was just a rotten experience and I feel cheated from a brand I formerly viewed favourably
