AVIS now charges cancellation fee?
Used to be able to free cancel but looked at rental at MCO and it says $50 cancel fee if canceled anytime before 24 hours of rental day or $150 if cancelled within 24 hours etc.

Is this only AVIS doing this or other rental companies now charges cancellation fee once booked?
