Have a SEA-NRT on hold with JL. Tried to add B6 JFK-BOS-SEA. Agent tried and called her escalation team. They told her my two options were to cancel & rebook or just buy another ticket for JFK-SEA.

Seems like things may have indeed changed for all partner awards.
