Yeah, we actually live in Milwaukee. MDW flights were by far the least expensive in F in the region when we booked. Our outbound is 7/22. Was changed from 10-ish AM departure to 12-ish PM out of MDW.
Naturally, that's one of the dates I didn't check haha but there is an ORD departure at 9:35am that day you can change to if you're worried. Since it was a schedule change (especially 2+ hours), they shouldn't ask you for $$$ as it should be an even exchange. You might even be able to do it online. All of the other 1 stop options are pretty early in the morning which won't be fun if you're driving down from MKE that same day lol
