I connected in Miami recently coming back from Cozumel to Hartford. I upgraded to First to get Priority luggage. My bags were the very last off the plane, and the luggage carousel was changed from 1 to 10. I have both Global Entry and TSA pre check and my new flight was in the same terminal. I had 2 1/4 hours, and I barely made my plane. They were boarding #3 group as I got there. I didn't have time to go to the bathroom, or get a drink of water, let alone buy food as there would be no dinner on the plane and there was no lunch. I've written to AA 4 times about paying for First Class, and still almost missing my plane, but no one has bothered to reply, and it doesn't look like they will. All I get are the stock emails that someone is looking into it. I would allow ALOT of time!!
