Never flown BR before and not familiar w them but I’m not being allowed to select a seat for 1 or my 2 BR flights on the same PNR. The long haul it won’t let me and I really want to get a true window on the 787. The shorter haul 777 it is letting me however that’s not as crucial as outside of the middle all the seats are pretty equal.

I tried a US 800 number and a local LA 310 number and they both say they are closed. I see above to call HK. I need to l download google voice or something to dial HK? And anyone have that number handy?

Also, a little off topic but EVA doesn’t have flights out of MEL so when I land in BNE I guess I have to go landside to get a BP. Was hoping they would let me get my BP on the app but I can’t even check in let alone get a BP, not to mention I can’t even assign a seat on the flight to TPE.

This is a UA miles redemption and there is the VA MEL-BNE flight on the same PNR, of that matters.

Very excited to try this airline, soft product looks awesome and hard product looks solid. Curious to compare to NH which underwhelmed me w such a lack of food options on a 9 hour flight in J.
