And apart from the Holiday Inn Express and the Moxy which are less than 100 m from the bus stop, they do require some walking distance to get to which can be a pain with luggage.
I think the best budget choice now is the Best Western ("Cavalieri della Corona") right next to the Accor properties. It has pricing on Ibis level but better amenities than the Novotel (starting at EUR 70, usually around EUR80/night, they have a pool and jacuzzi) has their own van and charges EUR 5 for the shuttle. That used to be EUR4 but went up to EUR5 recently - exactly what the Accor properties should have done.
