Stayed as Diamond Ambassador with 3 rooms. Rooms were allocated late without upgrade despite higher category rooms bookable, lounge access not explained despite asking about it. Went to Balcony Lounge after reading here and was walked through well.

Wouldn't choose this hotel again despite great location due to lack of proper lounge and outdated rooms.
