Edit: I assumed here btw you were talking about your FRA-DTW flight. There not being PE on a DTW-LAS flight is normal, that will almost always book into Comfort+.
I should have clarified this indeed. It's about the domestic DTW-LAS flight.

However if that flight is advertised as having Premium Comfort then I would say that the OP does have a claim towards downgrade compensation. The fact that regulars may be familiar with DL and know that it would actually be Comfort+ is not really relevant. The flight is advertised as Premium Comfort (=Premium Economy) while the OP will be seated in Economy, and miles for Economy will be credited afterwards.
Thank you for your response! I was not familiar with domestic flights from Delta. But I choose this connection flight from Frankfurt just for the reason that both parts of my journey would be in Premium comfort.

Ofcourse even a Economy seat would be ok! But it's about selling a product that is not even there.

When checking now they sell correctly as FRA-DTW Premium comfort and DTW-FRA economy. So probably one of the many KLM bugs. Which offers a way better price as well.

Any recommendations on contacting KLM again? By email or social media or rather call? Since last time they told me they are not gonna proceed to help since I got the correct ticket.
