From flight date to crediting time, it took almost 45 days, the latter 30 days of which involved 5-6 phone calls, being bounced around, given different stories, being asked to resubmit details I had already done, and having a valid claim rejected once and then having to call back and write in to argue about an invalid rejection, which was finally granted.
