Amex Centurion lounge at T3
I am sitting in the Amex Centurion lounge in T3 and made me wonder, how come this lounge is much better than BAs own lounge - or even any other of the lounges at Heathrow?

How do the economics works and what would be the allure for someone flying in Club to go to the BA lounge over this one?
