I was on a flight from Auckland to Dunedin that was diverted to Christchurch due to hydraulic failure. We were then bussed to Dunedin the next day. After submitting a claim, including receipts etc, for reimbursement of taxis, meals and accommodation on the 14 Dec 2022 i am still waiting. Anyone else experiencing this sort of delay, or been reimbursed in a shorter time frame?
