You will be fine. There are many United Club members flying on AC and accessing MLLs. You won't have to do more than scan your boarding card as long as your Mileage Plus number has been entered in the reservation. AC is used to the concept of paid membership, and this is one of the few areas where the AC and UA computer systems are actually well linked.
