I did a quick check on both DL and KL's sites. For the date I checked, I was able to find KLM claiming that there's PE on a 753 domestic service: DL doesn't sell PE domestically and the 753s don't have the cabin (domestic F is sold as PE on some short international routes flown by 752s in lieu of selling it as J)
