Just completed a one night stay here. Upgraded prior to arrival on award stay to junior suite. Arrived at noon and room was not ready. Offered exec lounge. When we returned several hours later a large group tour was checking in and the desks were overwhelmed. We were not happy campers as all we needed were keys. They realized after a few minutes that we needed some help and quickly found keys for us. Provided late checkout to 2pm the next day which was very helpful. Welcome chocolates and drinks Cleaning staff was literally in the room at 2:01 as we left and as staff said when we need keys reinstated at 1:30 ..no rush..well maybe a little rush. There was lots of churn at the hotel. My partner left his phone in the room and the bellman followed us down the street to return which was super customer service. After a stay here and maison astor a few months back I would choose maison astor if you are there for more than one night. Overall nicer location better breakfast more typically Parisienne.. if it's one night being next to gare st lazare is nice for easy low cost transfer to just about anywhere.
