I've been to Tokyo/Kyoto a few times and just booked a 7 night trip in and out of Tokyo for 2024. Trying to decide on spending 7 nights in Tokyo with a few nights at the Andaz, vs taking the train down to the Park Hyatt Kyoto for a 2 night stay in the middle of the trip due to there being off-peak availability. Any thoughts on if this hotel is worth going a little out of the way for? My original plan was just spending 7 nights in Tokyo.
Update: Changed my trip to 8 nights, moved my return flight to being out of Osaka, and booked 3 nights at the Park Hyatt Kyoto... The heart wants what it wants, and I am so excited for the stay.
