I've been reaching out to the United/Mileage Plus online chat over the past few weeks regarding obtaining a physical card. I few things I've gathered from the chat representative:

• "Since October 2021, we discontinued sending United Club membership cards to MileagePlus Premier members with Gold status or above, because these members can access United Clubs and Star Alliance partner lounges using their boarding pass."
• "Here's the following options to gain entry to United Clubs:
  1.Physical United Club card
  2.Digital card on the mobile app (domestic travel only)
  3.Print a temporary card via the member’s account on united.com
  4.Present their MileagePlus number to the United Club agent to access the club"

I mentioned that the issue is not accessing the United Club lounges but it's with other Star Alliance lounges that deny access without a physical United Club membership card (including Star Alliance logo).

I asked about the "3.Print a temporary card via the member’s account on united.com". Of course, there is no where to perform this in my account on United.com.

After working with they online chat representative for about 45mins, they suggested I emailed [email protected] explaining my concern.
