Thank you. I have tried login.gov (secure.login.gov) and when I click to choose another authentication method, there are no options. I also do not find any option to scan a QR code to configure an authenticator app. I received a response back from my query to login.gov which basically said I would have to delete my account and start over. As far as I know, I previously set it up with the authenticator app, but my app (Google authenticator) seems to have deleted all previous accounts I set up. The only way to add a back-up method as a secondary method to the authenticator app is to log into one's account to do so! So I'm in a constant loop on the site.
