Depending on what you saw, it could have been the old Park Avenue check in area, which was all the way on the right of the T3 drop-off lanes. I really enjoyed that while it lasted.
The old Park Avenue check-in area was demolished around 2006-2007 when T3's forecourt and landside departures area was redeveloped. For a good few years after that, AA had their Flagship First check-in in a separate building on the forecourt, which was added in the redevelopment, and was what you saw on Street View.

Am I able to use the flagship first check in?

I also understand that I’ll be able to access the flagship lounge, but not the first dining area.
As you're flying with BA, you will need to use BA's check-in area; there's a dedicated First desk which you can use as a Gold member. There is no priority security at MIA.

You can use the Flagship lounge. Flagship First Dining would only be available if you were travelling in First.
