goingplacestogether a direct message with a summary (no war and peace renditions) of the sorry saga and any reference numbers and see if they can unblock.
Beyond that it's hard to see what else you could do other than threaten some legal action and having a very outline knowledge of how things work in the middle east, I don't think that would end up with a good result
