Do you mean “ocean front” vs. “ocean view”? Ocean front in my experience is parallel to the street and cost more compare to ocean view. Ocean view of Diamond Head also seems cost more than ocean/city view to the west.

Since you are a Glob, just book a cheapest city view, they will most likely find you an ocean view room. Then again, I heard the hotel is super full now so I am sure others might disagree with this recommendation. Going back in late June to see if their Diamonds/Glob complimentary upgrade to a minimum ocean view room is still solid.
